Nail Surgery

After an Initial Assessment the need for surgery may be advised or requested. The affected toe(s) are numbed using local anaesthetic, and the problem part, or whole of the nail is removed as desired. A chemical is typically used to prevent nail regrowth. In studies this is between 95-97% successful.
